How to Use

1. Choose Your Wax Melts: Select wax melts in your preferred scent. You can find a wide variety of fragrances ranging from floral and fruity to spicy and woodsy.

2.Prepare the Wax Warmer:
Electric Warmer: Plug in the warmer and place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Tea Light Warmer: Place the warmer on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Insert an unscented tea light candle into the bottom holder.

3. Add the Wax Melt: Break off a piece of the wax melt. Most wax melts come in segmented shapes, making it easy to adjust the amount used.
Place the wax melt piece into the dish at the top of the warmer.

4. Melt the Wax:
Electric Warmer: Turn on the warmer. The heat will slowly melt the wax, releasing the fragrance into the air.
Tea Light Warmer: Light the tea light candle. The heat from the candle will melt the wax above it, releasing the fragrance.

5. Enjoy the Fragrance: As the wax melts, it will release a pleasant aroma that will spread throughout the room. Enjoy the fragrance for as long as the wax remains melted.
If the fragrance starts to diminish, you can add more wax melt pieces to maintain the scent intensity.

6.Turn Off the Warmer:
Electric Warmer: Turn off and unplug the warmer when you’re done using it.
Tea Light Warmer: Extinguish the tea light candle when the desired fragrance level is achieved or when you are done.

7.Remove Used Wax:
Allow the wax to cool and harden in the warmer dish.
To remove the used wax, you can either:
Pop it Out: Gently press on the edge of the hardened wax to pop it out of the dish.
Warm Slightly: Turn the warmer on for a few minutes to slightly loosen the wax, then wipe it out with a paper towel.

8.Clean the Warmer:
Wipe the dish with a paper towel or a soft cloth to remove any residual wax.
Ensure the warmer is clean before adding new wax melts to avoid mixing scents

Delivery Timeframes: The delivery time for your order will depend on Australia Post's standard shipping times. While we strive to expedite the delivery process, please be aware that actual delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen delays within the postal service.

Tracking Your Order: To track your order, simply use the provided tracking number in the shipping notification email. This will allow you to stay updated on the status of your delivery until it reaches your doorstep.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
